Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Add a drizzle of oil to the skillet and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently for about 6-7 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Before serving, drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Marinating the salmon for 10-15 minutes enhances the flavor. Serve over jasmine rice or sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
