  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted water until al dente; Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add garlic and shallots, sautéing until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced slightly.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat and warm for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with reserved pasta water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss in fresh herbs and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley.
