- 8 oz fresh lump crab meat
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted water until al dente; Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add garlic and shallots, sautéing until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced slightly.
- Gently fold in crab meat and warm for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with reserved pasta water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss in fresh herbs and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley.
