A quick and elegant dish that combines sweet crab with a savory, garlicky sauce over perfectly cooked linguine.

- 8 oz linguine
- 1 cup fresh crab meat
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the drained linguine into the skillet with the crab, adding a splash of reserved pasta water, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in freshly chopped parsley. Serve with extra parsley and a lemon wedge for garnish.
Notes
Ensure to reserve pasta water and don’t overcook the garlic for optimal flavor.
