Ingredients

- 2–3 tablespoons Thai tea leaves
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups mini or regular marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Brew the Thai tea by boiling water and steeping tea leaves for 5-10 minutes, then strain and let cool.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in about 1/2 cup of the brewed Thai tea into the marshmallow mixture.
- Remove from heat and quickly add the Rice Krispies, stirring to coat evenly.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down gently to create an even layer.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter. Adding toasted coconut or sesame seeds on top enhances flavors.
