  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups mini or regular marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Brew the Thai tea by boiling water and steeping tea leaves for 5-10 minutes, then strain and let cool.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in about 1/2 cup of the brewed Thai tea into the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly add the Rice Krispies, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down gently to create an even layer.
